Week 6 & 7 Update
After too many treats, last week I stayed the same... disappointing....
After stressing all week because I had wayyyy too many treats, I actually lost 0.6lbs. I vow to do better this week and I'm off to a pretty decent start :) I need to LEARN from my STS!

Week 5 Update (really 3 weeks)
My weigh in was closed on christmas day and new years day so I didn't weigh in those two weeks. On Jan 8th we were back open again.
I was down 1lb (not trying, so thankful I lost rather than gained) for a total of 8.8lbs.

Lost 2lbs this week for a total of 7.8.

Week 3 Update
Got my 5lb sticker today. Lost 1.2lbs for a total of 5.8lbs total. We had two christmas parties this week so I'm happy to have lost weight still! I bet part of that has to do with the fact that I'm nursing because if I wasn't, I'd have drank a lot on saturday! lol
