Back Again

Hopefully this will be my last time starting over again. Our son is now 3.5 years old and our daughter is almost 20 months old. We are planning to have a 3rd but want to get debt free soon. I plan to get a side job to help out with that. I'm a SAHM currently and looking forward to getting away from the kids even if it is for a job. In addition to the job, I want to lose a bunch of weight before getting pregnant again so that I can hopefully have a better chance at keeping my blood pressure down at the end of pregnancy and finally get my homebirth. I don't want to wait too long to have #3 so it's time to crack down on this weight loss. I'm at my highest non pregnant weight ever and it's frustrating for me.

Managed to tie my wrap in front in this carry with Sierra. Total win! It was too short to do this 3 months and 15lbs ago!

Week 10 Check In

Lost 0.2lbs this week. Did crappy on my water intake. Just not a great week all around.
Starting back up no pop and lots of water now.

Week 8 & 9 Check In

Week 8: 0.2lb down. I expected a gain so I was pleased. My food intake wasn't too good that week and I ate a HEAVY dinner the night before.

Week 9: 1.6lb down. Also didn't expect this. My food was not so great. I had more treats that I should. It was just lucky. We are also sick, which really sucks :(



I need to step it up on the water again and down on the pop. It's a bit silly how much pop I drink when it's in the house... :/

Week 7 Goal Check In & Week 8 Goals

0.8lb down makes a total of 13lb off and less than 70 to go! I'm in the 60s for weight left to lose! I've already gotten through the 80s and 70s. I'm almost at my prewedding WW start weight as well! 

Week 7 Goals:
  • goal weight - 145lbs
  • 2lbs a month
  • 15 very active minutes on my fitbit 3x this week: nope... I will try to do better this week
  • drink 3L of water: nope. the pop is killing me!
  • NO POP: nope. I need to go cold turkey again :/
  • no sneaky peeks on the scale (Wii Fit doesn't count): I think I sneaky peeked yesterday... woops
Week 8 Goals:
  • goal weight - 145lbs
  • 2lbs a month
  • 15 very active minutes on my fitbit 3x this week
  • drink 3L of water
  • POP ONE DAY
  • no sneaky peeks on the scale (Wii Fit doesn't count)

Week 6 Goal Check In & Week 7 Goals

Didn't expect it, but 2lbs down today for a total of 12.2lbs!


Week 6 Goals:
  • goal weight - 145lbs
  • 2lbs a month
  • 15 very active minutes on my fitbit 3x this week: nope
  • drink 3L of water: definitely didn't happen. Been slacking since I got sick. I need to chug at the sink more often.
  • NO POP: nope... screwed this one up. I think I had a glass three times... :(
  • no sneaky peeks on the scale (Wii Fit doesn't count)
