Calendar Challenge - November


Mini Challenge Weeks 1&2

I've got 3 weeks left until my parents arrive for christmas on Dec 16th. Two weeks ago I posted on connect, challenging myself to lose a total of 39lbs in those 5 weeks (8.6lbs to lose at that point). My maximum loss at any given time in my on-and-off journey has been 38.8lbs.

Challenge Starting Weight: 215.8

Week 1: 213.4 (-2.4lbs)
Week 2: 207.8 (-5.6lbs)

Challenge Goal Weight: 207.2

It looks like I've currently got this one in the bag, so I'm amending my goal to be 40lbs down, putting my CGW at 206.2.

100 Days of Why Days 74-78

Day 74
Because I'm proud of myself for sticking to it.

Day 75
Because I don't want to LIE about my weight.

Day 76
Because I don't want to be embarrassed by having to tell someone my weight.

Day 77
Because ONEderland is in sight.

Day 78
Because I've almost surpassed my highest amount of weight lost at at given time.

Christmas Challenge Week 4


Goal: 35lbs lost total (10.4lbs for challenge) DONE!

I will keep going to see how much I can lose before christmas!


Week 11 Weigh In


What a shocker to wake up to this morning! I did not expect such a big loss right after my period started and right after thanksgiving!

I've surpassed my original WW start weight now and I'm 0.6lbs away from the highest amount of weight I've ever lost on WW. I'm only 8lbs away from ONEderland now! It's SINGLE DIGITS y'all!!! And once I get there, I'm striking distance from 50lbs lost and from overweight BMI instead of obese BMI!

Christmas Challenge Week 3

2.4lbs until I'm at my original WW start weight! 6.2lbs until I'm down the most weight I've ever lost at one time.

Because I'm enjoying buying new clothes.

Because clothes can make me feel good instead of sloppy.

Because life isn't about food.

Because I am capable of dealing with feeling without eating.

Because it's a lifestyle and I can still eat what I want with moderation.

Because a single binge won't ruin things.

100 Days of Why Day 60-65

Day 60
Because I'm determined to lose over christmas again. The holiday season doesn't need to be full of gluttony.

Day 61
Because next summer I don't want to be sweating like a pig.

Day 62
Because next summer I want to be wearing shorts.

Day 63
Because I've been wearing the same couple pairs of capris for 10 years and I'm tired of not having any other nice summer bottoms.

Day 64
Because I'm wearing sweat pants but I'm tired of being sloppy.

Because I'd like to be able to ALWAYS fit the clothes that I like at costco.

4.8lbs before I'm at my original WW start weight of 211. Half way between 219 and 209 now! I've already JUST passed my original pre-WW start weight of 216.2!

Turkeys


So last week I was down 28lbs. At the grocery store, looking at turkeys they were all mostly 14ish lbs each so I picked up 2 and said to my husband, "take a picture of me. this is how much weight I've lost."

On my WW group, I've got over 1500 likes at this point and I'm shocked! I guess it's a different kind of post than the usual before and after posts lol.

25lbs


As of now I've lost more than 25lbs.

That's heavier than my 20 month old weighs.

That's more than 100 sticks of butter.

That's more than 57 vinyl records.

That's more than 3 gallons of water.

Don't mind my mirror, my children are disgusting and I knew if I didn't take the picture, I'd forget. 

This is what 28lbs less looks like on me. 



Christmas Challenge Week 1

Started this this week. There were 8 weigh ins until christmas and I set a goal of reaching 35lbs lost by christmas (dec 23rd for me). That was a total of 10.4lbs in 8 weeks.

Lost 3.4 pounds! Again it was extremely unexpected. I was just hoping for the 0.4 but was surprised with the extra 3 bringing me above and beyond the 25lb charm this week!


I did similar to last week where I ate a lot of weeklies on sunday and stayed towards the high end of my blue dot the rest of the week and it worked again. Makes me nervous all week long though lol.

I've finally broke into the 210's! 8.2lbs before I'm at my original WW start weight. ONEderland is getting so close now! I'm thrilled!

Day 58
Because I'm tired of my wardrobe and it looks sloppy all the time. I'd like to get nice stuff and have it fit.

Because food doesn't rule me. I am the boss.

100 Days of Why Day 54-57

Day 54
Because I'm tired of dressing in sweats and big shirts. I feel sloppy.

Day 55
Because I'm STILL working on listening to my body regarding too much of something... too much food, too much sweets. I'm awful at putting things I enjoy back if I'm just finished. I'll eat until I'm done.

Day 56
Because I'm experiencing less pain in my ankles, knees and hips already.

Day 57
Because hopefully that damn 25lb charm will be mine today! >:)
