Managed to tie my wrap in front in this carry with Sierra. Total win! It was too short to do this 3 months and 15lbs ago!
Week 10 Check In
Lost 0.2lbs this week. Did crappy on my water intake. Just not a great week all around.

Week 8 & 9 Check In
Week 8: 0.2lb down. I expected a gain so I was pleased. My food intake wasn't too good that week and I ate a HEAVY dinner the night before.
Week 9: 1.6lb down. Also didn't expect this. My food was not so great. I had more treats that I should. It was just lucky. We are also sick, which really sucks :(

2lbs a month- 15 very active minutes on my fitbit 3x this week: nope... I will try to do better this week

- drink 3L of water: definitely didn't happen. Been slacking since I got sick. I need to chug at the sink more often.

Week 5 Goal Check In & Week 6 Goals
This week was not too fantastic, but we were and still are all sick :( it sucks! Lost 1.6lbs this week for a total of 10.2lbs! Yay for being in double digits again!

- NO POP: nope. Was sick. Was not good food wise either this week. needed comfort and still look for it within edible things.

Christmas Party
So hubby's work had their christmas party this weekend. Yes, it was in January. How pathetic, right? Lol.
Anyways, my choices were good.

- no alcohol (I was the DD anyways)
- a glass or two of diet coke
- multiple glasses of water
- one trip to the buffet
- one piece of bread
- a bit of salad, some turkey, some potatoes
Dessert:
- didn't even go up to the buffet
- hubby offered me a bite of each of the desserts he got and I took one bite of each (except the coffee one he knew I wouldn't like) and declined any more bites except for the one that I liked best
- I ended up eating one brownie (small piece)
Activity:
- lots of standing and bouncing (Sierra came with us)
- nursing (woo calorie burning!)

Week 4 Goal Check In & Week 5 Goals
Down 1! That's pretty good this week considering I wasn't the best on eating...

- 2lbs a month: 1 down, 1 to go
- 15 very active minutes on my fitbit 5x this week: nope... :( got it once and played Wii a couple other times but it didn't register many minutes at all
- drink 3L of water: 5/8 days this week
- pop ONLY NYE and NYD (dinner only): nope... I think I had it two other times -_- woops
- no more than one stocking sweet per day: I think I made this one... not totally sure though. I might have had two one day...
- no sneaky peeks on the scale: kinda made this? I registered myself on the Wii Fit U yesterday so that was kinda a sneaky peek (though in KG, not pounds) and I checked on NYD to see what my weight would have been if I'd weighed in regularly. I would have gained fyi ;)
