2lbs a month:2.6 down total- 15 very active minutes on my fitbit 3x this week: nope, only one time.
- drink 3L of water: nope. See picture. 2/7 days
- NO POP: nope. Was sick. Was not good food wise either this week. needed comfort and still look for it within edible things.
- no sneaky peeks on the scale (Wii Fit doesn't count): nope... :(
- salad at least two times: nope :( I'm so terrible with salad.
