Week 5 Goal Check In & Week 6 Goals

This week was not too fantastic, but we were and still are all sick :( it sucks! Lost 1.6lbs this week for a total of 10.2lbs! Yay for being in double digits again!

Week 5 Goals:

  • goal weight - 145lbs
  • 2lbs a month: 2.6 down total
  • 15 very active minutes on my fitbit 3x this week: nope, only one time.
  • drink 3L of water: nope. See picture. 2/7 days
  • NO POP: nope. Was sick. Was not good food wise either this week. needed comfort and still look for it within edible things.
  • no sneaky peeks on the scale (Wii Fit doesn't count): nope... :(
  • salad at least two times: nope :( I'm so terrible with salad. 
Week 6 Goals:
  • goal weight - 145lbs
