Week 6 Goal Check In & Week 7 Goals

Didn't expect it, but 2lbs down today for a total of 12.2lbs!


Week 6 Goals:
  • goal weight - 145lbs
  • 2lbs a month
  • 15 very active minutes on my fitbit 3x this week: nope
  • drink 3L of water: definitely didn't happen. Been slacking since I got sick. I need to chug at the sink more often.
  • NO POP: nope... screwed this one up. I think I had a glass three times... :(
  • no sneaky peeks on the scale (Wii Fit doesn't count)
Week 7 Goals:
  • goal weight - 145lbs
  • 2lbs a month
