100 Days of Why Week 2 (so far)

Day 8
Because the program WORKS!

Day 9
Because I’d like to wear my hair down without sweating.

Day 10
Because I need to change my mindset about food. Rewarding myself with food is not good thinking. Eating huge portions is not smart.

Day 11
Because it’s possible to have treats without binging.

Day 12
Because I sweat from places I’d like to not sweat, or sweat less.
