Week 1 Weigh In and Next Week's Goals

Down 8.2lbs and received my 5lb charm!

Goals for Next Week:
  • blue dots five days (fri/sat are our birthdays) which means no less than 10 points under and no more than 5 points over my points allowance
  • drink 4 glasses of water (each glass is 20oz)
  • gym 3 days a week (or gym + 15 min exercise at home/out)
