Old me vs. New me

I’m still able to enjoy the things I like with moderate changes.

Example:

Pulled pork sandwiches:
Old me: 2 toasted buns, cheese on top and bottom, pork
New me: 2 pieces of toast, grated extra SHARP cheddar (sharp for strong flavour, grated because it spreads out easily and is easy to weigh), pork. Eat with fork and knife. 2 open faced sandwiches.
Weekend lunch plus ice cream:
Old me: soda, costco hot dog, ice cream (2 scoops because it’s amazing)
New me: water, packed crackers, ham and banana, shared ice cream with toddler

Stir fry dinner:
Old me: piled on the rice, light on veggies
New me: measured my rice, piled on veggies
