- WI LOST OR MAINTAINED: I lost 1.8lbs this week!
- ATTENDED WW MEETING: I attended my regular 5:30pm meeting and my last power start session afterwards.
- earned 12 bingos (5 across, 5 down, 2 diagonal)
- filled the card (cover-all)
- exercised more than 5 hours straight this week
- ate with the simply filling technique on christmas (it was nice not to have to count most points and just relax)
- stayed on plan and in points 6/7 days and only used a few weeklies for treats on christmas day and pizza on friday
