Week 13 Goal Check In & Week 14 Goals

Week 13 Goals:
  • goal weight: 145 pounds: on my way down, 56 more to go to goal
  • 5 pounds a month: 3.8lbs down so far, 2 more WIs
  • lose 7.2 pounds by new years: ONE MORE POUND TO GO!!! :) and three more WIs
  • 8lbs by new years (BBC goal): 4.2lbs still to go, 3.8 down so far. three more WIs
  • one soda per day (2 on friday) IF I drink 8 cups of water per day: nope I caved on sunday and had two sodas :( oh well. I still did great this week
  • try eat less than 5 weeklies on any given day (Tues, Wed (treat days) and Fri (pizza) an exception): nope, this was a rough week and we ended up eating pizza on sunday as well. the rest of the week I did great though (except the wed party was difficult to track)
  • eat two of Thurs, Sat, Sun lunches like a work lunch (< 10 PP) (TRY NEXT WEEK)

  • goal weight: 145 pounds
