So I've been watching this show called Sister Wives. Don't judge me. I started watching it because I was curious. But anyways, the four wives had been working out for a month and got weighed in, three of them expected to lose 10lbs each. They had dropped about 3lbs each and were disappointed. Their trainer tells them,
"You don't want to just drop 10 pounds 'boom' (drops clipboard). 'kay, I just dropped that, that easy right? Well, I can pick it up that easy."
Pretty interesting way of looking at it. I never thought of it like that, like dropping something and picking it up. He went on to talk about someone bragging about losing 10lbs in a week and someone mentioning it and he said that he'd gained 15lbs back.
