Week 12 Goals:
- goal weight: 145 pounds: still on the way down, 58.6 to go still
- 5 pounds a month (new month, December!): 1.2lbs down, 3 more WI's this month.
- lose 7.2 pounds by new years: 3.6 down, 3.6 to go
- one soda per day (2 on friday) IF I drink 8 cups of water per day: pretty sure I did this this week, I didn't drink much soda at all.
- try eat less than 5 weeklies on any given day (Tues, Wed (treat days) and Fri (pizza) an exception): totally achieved. last week couldn't have been any better while still having all my treats.
- *NEW GOAL* eat two of Thurs, Sat, Sun lunches like a work lunch (< 10 PP): I did it. Last week I was home all week so I did really well in general considering the temptation of all that yummy food.
Week 13 Goals:
