I guess you need to know what I THINK yo-yo dieting is...
I think that yo-yo dieting is:
- dieting on and off
- for no reason (christmas for example is a good reason to slow loss down or maintain or just not diet for a week or so)
- trying multiple diets
- gaining the weight back (or some of it) and then just going back to losing it
- basically gaining and losing mostly the same pounds over and over again....
It doesn't make sense to me. Why stop losing if you do in fact have the control to go back to it over and over again? Won't it just be easier to keep going?
